Geophysical investigations through geoelectrical methods in direct current (DC) – Vertical Electrical Soundings (VES) and multielectrod (electrical tomography) to identify local geological and hydrogeological conditions in river crossing of river Gauja, Latvia.
The interpretation of the geoelectrical sections corroborated with the geological information resulted from the drillings have allowed the development of geological sections that support the design of horizontal directional drilling safety.
